The Congress Avenue Mile is a series of 1 mile races leading up to the Invitation only High School State Championship boys and girls races.  The predominantly down hill course is fast and an almost straight shot down Congress Avenue in Downtown Austin, TX.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2011.  The heats will start at 8 am and each race will start promptly after the previous.
